Service Description

After completing the AHA Instructor class you signed up for, we’ll show you how to use your existing AHA Instructor credentials to bridge into the equivalent Red Cross Instructor discipline. This in-person training will guide you through the steps to transition to the Red Cross, enabling you to teach a variety of their courses (where applicable). We’ll cover bridging procedures, submission of your instructor certificates, managing card payments, and other essential processes to get you fully set up as a Red Cross instructor. The following will be covered then an AHA Instructor Certificate will be processed. CLASSROOM (LIVE) PORTION: ---ACLS Provider Instructions/Videos ---ACLS Provider Skills Evaluation ---ACLS Instructor Essentials Written Exam ---Instructor Training MONITORING: ​Will be done on the day of the class or Instructor candidate may schedule this at their convenience within 6 months after the Instructor Training (Live/Classroom). Instructor Candidate will teach a ACLS class (Renewal or Initial) - video presentation, instructor presentation, skills evaluation, facilitating a written exam and instructor trainer will provide guidance on issuance of Ecards and submission of roster.
