We recommend downloading the free First Aid: American Red Cross app for step-by-step emergency guidance, videos, and skill refreshers to support what you learn in class.

How to Download the Free Red Cross CPR & First Aid App

 

Step 1: Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) on your phone
Step 2: Search for “First Aid: American Red Cross”
Step 3: Download the app (it is free)
Step 4: Open the app and allow notifications if prompted (optional but helpful)
Step 5: Use the app to review CPR, AED, and choking response steps anytime

This app is a learning resource only and does not provide CPR certification.

Live instructors are present throughout the session to assist, coach, and guide you through your skills session.

All clickable dates are open for enrollment. Skills sessions are conducted with in-person live instructors, not virtual instructors.

Begin CPR, Inc is an authorized Training Provider of American Red Cross. American Red Cross Cards Issued will be issued by our Training Center Begin CPR, Inc or any of our Training Sites, MCO Training Inc., Ocampo Family Wellness & Training and Begin Classes.

To keep classes safe and focused, only registered participants may attend. Pets are not allowed, except service or emotional support animals. Please notify us at least 48 hours before class, and be prepared to provide documentation if requested.
