Important Notice - FOR BLS AND CPR ENROLLMENT
Online course access is not instant.
Enrollment is completed manually during business hours.
Please allow up to 10 business hours after enrollment to receive your online access email from Salesforce.
Inquiries sent within this processing window may not receive a response.

If You Do Not Receive the Email

If the email from Salesforce does not appear in your inbox or spam folder, please follow these steps:

1. Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org

2. Click Log In in the upper right corner

3. Click Set/Reset Password

4. Enter the email used during enrollment

 
Once you create a password, you can log in and launch the course.
If you cannot find the course you enrolled in, please email: TrainingFaculty@Begincpr.com
 
If You See “001” After Your Email
If Salesforce shows your email with the suffix 001, this means your enrollment information did not match your existing Red Cross account.

Follow the password reset steps above, then:

1. Go to My Profile

2. Take a screenshot of your profile

3. Email the screenshot to TrainingFaculty@Begincpr.com

 
We will correct your enrollment information.
 
Very Common Issue – Name Format Mismatch
If you have taken a Red Cross course before, your account already exists and name formatting matters.

Our standard enrollment format:

First Name field: First Name + Middle Name
Last Name field: Last Name only

If your Red Cross profile combines your middle name with your last name (merged or hyphenated), please enter it the same way when enrolling.

Examples that may cause access issues:
Middle name saved as part of last name
Hyphenated last name
Older account with a different name format

If you experience issues launching the course:

1. Update your browser

2. Try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
