AMERICAN RED CROSS COURSES

BLS and CPR Students — Self-Enrollment

You will receive an email from us containing a self-enrollment link for your online course. Open the link and follow the instructions to enroll and access your course.

Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders. Complete the online portion before attending your in-person skills session.

Instructor Courses and Special Classes — Enrollment by Our Staff

For instructor courses and certain special classes, we will enroll you directly. The instructions below apply only when we have enrolled you.

Please allow up to 10 business hours for processing and an online access email from the Red Cross Learning Center, which may appear as an email from Salesforce.

If You Do Not Receive the Access Email

After checking your inbox and spam/junk folders:

1. Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org.

2. Click Log In in the upper-right corner.

3. Select Set/Reset Password, if needed.

4. Enter the email address you provided during enrollment.

5. Follow the password instructions, log in, and locate your assigned course.

If your course is missing or you cannot access your account, email TrainingFaculty@Begincpr.com.

If You See “001” After Your Email or Username

Please email TrainingFaculty@Begincpr.com with a screenshot of the message or account profile so we can help resolve the account issue.
