Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Value
I needed to renew my BLS certification by the end of the month. Scheduling was easy. I think they only offer the online course with a hands on test with the cpr dummies. I didn't mind as it was easy to complete. I was the only one there which I liked, because covid. anyway, highly recommend. thank you!

I just got CPR certified at Begin CPR in Millbrae. Signed up and completed the online tutorial. A couple days later I took the thorough, fair and Covid-safe exam in person. Getting certified only took a few days. The location is easy to access, there is plenty of parking. Casey and [Edward] were professional and supportive. Recommended social distancing and sanitary guidelines were observed and single use ppe was used at every step.
Thank you for the efficient and effective certification experience. Definitely recommending this location for all to become CPR certified.
