If you do not receive an email by 10:00 AM PST from THE AMERICAN RED CROSS OR AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION,  the following day AFTER you completed your IN PERSON/SKILLS session, please choose AHA FIND MY CERTIFICATE OR ARC FIND MY CERTIFICATE,
