REGISTRATION POLICY

RESCHEDULING

Use the Reschedule Request Form only to change your class date, time, or location. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Courses Under $300

• First request made at least 24 hours before class: No fee
• Less than 24 hours before class: $10 or 10% of the course fee, whichever is greater
• Additional requests: $10 or 10%, whichever is greater

Courses of $300 or More

• At least 48 hours before class: No fee
• Less than 48 hours before class: $75 or 25% of the course fee, whichever is greater

Choosing the wrong course or certification requires a new registration and payment of any additional fees.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

More Than 48 Hours Before Class

• Courses under $300: $20 or 20% cancellation fee, whichever is greater
• Courses of $300 or more: $90 or 30% cancellation fee, whichever is greater

Less Than 48 Hours Before Class

No refund. You may submit the Reschedule Request Form and pay the applicable fee to attend another available class.

To cancel, email trainingfaculty@begincpr.com with your name, phone number, registration email, course name, and scheduled date, time, and location.

Do not use the Reschedule Request Form to cancel. Cancellation is effective when your email is received. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
