1st occurrence: $10 reschedule fee or 10% of course fee (whichever is higher) will be implemented for less than 24 hours advance notice. (Waived if 24 hours advance notice is provided.)

2nd+ occurrences: $10 reschedule fee or 10% of course fee (whichever is higher) will be implemented with or without 24 hours advance notice.

​

For enrollments of $300 or more: A $70 reschedule fee or 20% of the total course fee (whichever is higher) will be implemented.

​

This policy applies regardless of notice timeframe due to limited instructor candidate seating and administrative processing requirements.

Begin CPR, LLC is an authorized Training Provider of American Red Cross. American Red Cross Cards Issued will be issued by our Training Center Begin CPR, LLC or any of our Training Sites, Ocampo Family Wellness & Training and Begin Classes.

To keep classes safe and focused, only registered participants may attend. Pets aren’t allowed, except service or emotional support animals. Please notify us at least 48 hours before class, and be prepared to provide documentation if requested.
