1st occurrence: $10 reschedule fee or 10% of course fee (whichever is higher) will be implemented for less than 24 hours advance notice. (Waived if 24 hours advance notice is provided.)

2nd+ occurrences: $10 reschedule fee or 10% of course fee (whichever is higher) will be implemented with or without 24 hours advance notice.

For enrollments of $300 or more:

Students may reschedule their course at no charge when a request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled class may be subject to a $70 reschedule fee or 20% of the total course fee (whichever is higher) due to limited seating, course preparation requirements, and administrative processing costs.

This policy applies to specialty courses, advanced certification programs, and other enrollments with tuition of $300 or more.
