ONLINE PORTION (READ CAREFULLY)

Online Portion is included in the course unless you enrolled in SKILLS ONLY session
It usually takes approximately between 1 hour to 3 hours to complete the online portion of the course, you may stop and go back to your online portion, we advise that you start the course as soon as you receive an email from salesforce.
Rfed Cross Online course is not INSTANTWe will enter your online course manually within 10 hours after your enrollment. We may not respond to you when you ask us when you will receive your online course if it is within 10 hours of your enrollment. You will receive an email from Salesforce with instructions on how to access your online course.
If the email from Salesforce does not appear in your inbox or spam folder,
please complete the following steps in accessing online course:
1.Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org
2. Click "Log In" in upper right corner
3. Click "Set/Reset Password" same as forgot password
4. Enter email used during enrollment
Once you have created a new password, you may login and launch the online course.

NOTE: If Salesforce shows your email with a suffix of 001,

The suffix 001, indicates that the information on your enrollment form did not match your existing Red Cross Account Information
We will fix this once you send the screenshot of your profile.
Very Common Issue: Name Format Mismatch
If you have taken a Red Cross course before, your account already exists and your name format matters.
Our standard enrollment format:

First Name box: First Name + Middle Name
-
Last Name box: Last Name only
Exception:
If your Red Cross profile shows your middle name combined with your last name (merged or hyphenated), then enter it the same way when enrolling.
Examples that may cause access issues:

Middle name saved as part of last name

Hyphenated last name

Older account with a different name format

If you encounter a technical issue in launching the course, please try the following:
1. Updating your browser
2. Using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge)
