FOR AMERICAN RED CROSS ENROLLMENT
Online Portion is NOT included in the course if you purchased SKILLS ONLY session, if you want to receive the certificate for the class you enrolled in, you must enroll in the Blended Learning (BL) course or you should have already bought the ONLINE COURSE from American Red Cross website
Online Portion is included in the course if it indicates Blended Learning (BL). (It usually takes between 2 hours to 3 hours to complete the online portion of the course)
We enter your online course manually within 10 hours after your enrollment. We may not respond to you when you ask us when you will receive your online course if it is within 10 hours of your enrollment. You will receive an email from Salesforce with instructions on how to access your online course. You can check more information below on how to access your online course
If the email from Salesforce does not appear in your inbox or spam folder,
please complete the following steps in accessing online course:
1.Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org
2. Click "Log In" in upper right corner
3. Click "Forgot Password"
4. Enter email used during enrollment

The suffix 001, indicates that the information on your enrollment form did not match your existing Red Cross Account Information
