ONLINE PORTION (READ CAREFULLY)

Online Portion is included in the course unless you enrolled in SKILLS ONLY session
It usually takes approximately between 1 hour to 3 hours to complete the online portion of the course, you may stop and go back to your online portion, we advise that you start the course as soon as you receive an email from salesforce.
We will enter your online course manually within 10 hours after your enrollment. We may not respond to you when you ask us when you will receive your online course if it is within 10 hours of your enrollment. You will receive an email from Salesforce with instructions on how to access your online course.
If the email from Salesforce does not appear in your inbox or spam folder,
please complete the following steps in accessing online course:
1.Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org
2. Click "Log In" in upper right corner
3. Click "Forgot Password"
4. Enter email used during enrollment
Once you have created a new password, you may login and launch the online course.
If you cannot find the course you enrolled in, please email: Cristina@Begincpr.net
NOTE: If Salesforce shows your email with a suffix of 001,

go to My Profile, take a screenshot of your profile
Email this to Cristina@begincpr.net.
The suffix 001, indicates that the information on your enrollment form did not match your existing Red Cross Account Information
We will fix this once you send the screenshot of your profile.
