Groupon Enrollment Policy

Enrollment & Payment

​

  • Once you purchase through Groupon, we will email you to get your Groupon Code.

  • After verification, your enrollment will be marked as Paid.

  • Your Groupon Voucher will be marked as redeemed

  • A confirmation email with class details will be sent to you.

 

​Reschedule Policy - Link to reschedule

​

  • 1st occurrence: $10 Reschedule fee will be implemented for less than 24 hours advance notice. (waived if 24 hours advance notice is provided)

  • ​2nd+ occurrences: $10 reschedule fee will be implemented with or without 24 hours advance notice.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Requests will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Please wait for your coupon code for rescheduling to be sent to you by email. Again, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a code.

  • ​Requests received outside our business hours of 10AM to 5PM, will be processed the next business day by 12PM.

  • ​Failure to attend without notice will require purchasing a new Groupon voucher or paying full class price.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Groupon sales are final; refunds are handled directly by Groupon.

  • Begin CPR does not issue refunds for Groupon purchases.

  • If you need to cancel, you must contact Groupon for refund eligibility.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend your scheduled class and have not rescheduled in advance, please complete the Reschedule Form 

​

Begin CPR, LLC is an authorized Training Provider of American Red Cross. American Red Cross Cards Issued will be issued by our Training Center Begin CPR, LLC or any of our Training Sites, Ocampo Family Wellness & Training and Begin Classes.

To keep classes safe and focused, only registered participants may attend. Pets aren’t allowed, except service or emotional support animals. Please notify us at least 48 hours before class, and be prepared to provide documentation if requested.
