Video Module 1 – Introduction (10 min) • Play video on what BBPs are (HIV, HBV, HCV). • Discuss common workplace exposure scenarios. Video Module 2 – Protection & Prevention (15 min) • Play video on universal precautions and PPE. • Demonstrate proper glove use and removal. • Have students practice glove removal safely. Video Module 3 – Exposure & Follow-Up (10 min) • Play video on what to do if exposed. • Scenario discussion: What to do if blood contacts skin? Employer-Specific Policies (5 min) • Review site Exposure Control Plan if available. • Discuss employer reporting procedures. Review & Q&A; (10 min) • Summarize Pathogens → Prevention → Response. • Answer student questions. Post-Test / Knowledge Check (10 min) • Distribute and collect AHA knowledge test. • Review answers with students. Wrap-Up & Certification (5 min) • Confirm roster and attendance. • Issue AHA BBP certificates. • Remind: review annually and follow workplace policies.
