Skills Session – In-Person Evaluation This session is for students who have already completed or purchased the American Red Cross online course and only need the in-person instructor skills evaluation. During the skills session, students will demonstrate the required skills with a certified instructor in order to receive their certification. Do You Need the Full Course Instead? Please visit: https://www.begincpr.net/whoneedsbls Course Description The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and respond to a variety of breathing, cardiac, and first aid emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. This certification is commonly required for workplaces, teachers, childcare providers, coaches, and other regulatory or licensing requirements. Students will practice and demonstrate: • Adult, Child, and Infant CPR • AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use • Choking relief techniques (back blows and abdominal thrusts) • First Aid for common emergencies Upon successful completion of the online course and in-person skills evaluation, students will receive a 2-year digital American Red Cross certification for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
