🔄 Switch Your CPR or BLS Course (Recommended)

If you enrolled in the wrong course, there is no need to cancel. You may switch between Red Cross and AHA courses and keep your spot.

No Additional Fee to Switch
• Receive a credit for the amount you paid toward another class.
• Pay only the difference if the new class costs more.
• If the new class costs less, a credit will be issued for future use (no refunds).

Please enter your current class and the course you would like to switch into (examples: AHA BLS, AHA CPR, Red Cross BLS, Red Cross CPR, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS).

⚠️ Cancellation

• A cancellation fee of 15% or $15, whichever is greater, may apply.
• No refunds within 48 hours of class.
• Requests are reviewed and may require follow-up by phone or email.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Courses $300 or More

Cancellation requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tuition or $90, whichever is greater.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Students who are unable to attend may request a reschedule in accordance with the reschedule policy above.

No-Shows:
Students who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund and will be subject to the reschedule policy if a future class date is requested.
