Engineering and Work Practice Controls that reduce or eliminate exposure risks (e.g., sharps containers, safer medical devices, hand hygiene). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): correct selection, use, and disposal to ensure worker safety. Hepatitis B Vaccination Program: employee rights and employer responsibilities. Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-Up: required steps, medical evaluation, and documentation. Communication of Hazards: OSHA requirements for labels, signs, and training. Recordkeeping and Annual Review: what employers must maintain and how compliance is documented.
