Service Description

Equipment & Classroom Use — Deposit Required to Secure Scheduled Time Block A new schedule is reset on the 1st of each month for that month and the following month. To secure any available date(s), instructors must submit the $25 deposit using this booking calendar. ⚠️ Do not post Red Cross classes until your date is secured. Posting classes before securing a time block may result in scheduling conflicts, and the classroom or equipment may not be available. Important scheduling rules: Instructors have until the 7th of each month to select available dates If a date does not appear as available, it has already been reserved by the administrator or another instructor Do NOT post Red Cross classes for dates you have not secured, as this creates calendar conflicts The administrator will not claim dates until after the 7th to allow instructors priority access This booking provides authorized use of classroom space and training equipment within the MCO Group Instructor Network. This is not a room rental or sublease agreement. Amenities Provided Tables & chairs TV / monitor Wi-Fi Nespresso coffee machine & pods Refrigerator (label your items) Bottled water (instructor use only — replenish if offered to students) Microwave Space heater Air purifier Electric fan Hot & cold drink cups Spoons & forks Tissues & napkins 🚫 Do not use food or drinks belonging to other instructors. Training Equipment Inventory 12 Adult manikins 12 Infant manikins 12 AED trainers Pool noodles Pocket masks (12 adult / 12 infant) Teaching forms In-class handouts Instructor Must Bring / Replenish Gloves Manikin filters / one-way valves Cleaning supplies Name tags Pens & markers End-of-Session Responsibilities Reset tables and chairs to original layout Clean and properly store all manikins, AED trainers, and equipment Remove trash and personal belongings Limited storage of small supplies only No storage of large equipment or furniture Booking Requirements Instructor Agreement must be signed and on file Equipment & Classroom Use Agreement must be signed and on file

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule & Cancellation To reschedule, email Cristina@BeginCPR.net or call 510-221-9331. Bookings are non-refundable. You may cancel same day only if you have zero enrollment. You are responsible for refunding or rescheduling your own students. A credit and Promo/Reschedule Code will be sent for unused hours canceled before or on the morning of your rental date. Room Use Rules Arrive and leave within your booked time Bring your own wipes, gloves, filters, and cleaning supplies Borrow equipment only as allowed Reset tables/chairs to the original layout Clean & store manikins and AED trainers Remove all trash and belongings No storage allowed after your rental time Maintain a professional environment

Begin CPR, LLC is an authorized Training Provider of American Red Cross. American Red Cross Cards Issued will be issued by our Training Center Begin CPR, LLC or any of our Training Sites, Ocampo Family Wellness & Training and Begin Classes.

To keep classes safe and focused, only registered participants may attend. Pets aren’t allowed, except service or emotional support animals. Please notify us at least 48 hours before class, and be prepared to provide documentation if requested.
