Service Description

Location: Can be in our Pinole Office or your office/school $80 each additional student. Enrollment fee will be billed and/or collected before the class date. Travel fee will be billed separately based on location criteria. Basic Life Support CPR/AED for Healthcare Providers. American Heart Association Certification Students who successfully complete this course will receive Printed Digital Certificates on the same day of the course and/or email from eCards@heart.org. Certification is valid for 2 years. The American Heart Association BLS is the level of CPR certification needed for anyone with a healthcare license, working in a healthcare setting, or a student in a healthcare program. The BLS Provider course teaches CPR skills for Adult, Child and Infant. Skills to help chocking conscious and unconscious victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and use of Bag Valve Mask and Pocket Mask and more. Course Curriculum: 1. Watch Video of American Heart Association’s BLS Provider Course 2. Practice while watching video skills 3. Skills tests 4. Written Exam of 25 questions - Choice of ONLINE EXAM AVAILABLE - https://www.begincpr.net/ahablsonlineexam or take the written exam the day of your class. (Passing grade is 84% or 4 incorrect answers) if you have 5 to 7 incorrect answers, the instructor will give you a verbal remediation questions, if 8 or more incorrect answers you will be given Exam B.
