There is no full classroom lecture. The in-person session usually takes about 1 hour, depending on class size and the certification option selected. During the in-person session, you will: - Review and practice the required skills - Receive instructor guidance - Complete the required skills evaluation Skills may include: - Adult and Infant CPR/AED - Care for choking in adults and infants - Bleeding control and bandaging - EpiPen use - Optional tourniquet application for severe bleeding You will complete only the skills required for the certification option you selected.
