American Heart Association Basic Life Support and Heartsaver Instructor Training This is an instructor course for Basic Life Support Discipline which allows Instructor to teach both BLS & Heartsaver (Adult, CPR/First Aid) courses. This course will cover bandaging, tourniquet application, EpiPen, asthma inhaler, naloxone and more) Pre-requisites: BLS Provider Certification (If you have not taken this course enroll at https://www.begincpr.com (SF/Peninsula Office) or https://www.begincpr.net (East Bay/North Bay Office) OR take BLS Provider Course the day of your Instructor Training, call 510.221.9331 or email Cristina@begincpr.net The following are not included in this training: BLS Instructor Manual. Instructor Candidate will teach a BLS class (Renewal or Initial) - video presentation, instructor presentation, skills evaluation, facilitating a written exam and instructor trainer will provide guidance on issuance of Ecards and submission of roster.
